Extraordinary maintenance works to replace artificial turf, disposal and laying of a new generation artificial turf on the “Maggioni” soccer field

Works carried out:
Execution of extraordinary maintenance works concerning the removal of the existing synthetic grass mantle, the disposal of the mantle at an authorized landfill, the laying of a new generation synthetic grass mantle with the creation of inlay signs. The soccer field has the following dimensions 95 × 55 m, for a total of 5225 square meters.
MANTLE IN SYNTHETIC GRASS (50 mm thick)
- installation of the mantle in artificial grass in 100% PE fiber, type mondoturf or similar, monofilament made in two different shades of green, LND certified, yarn height 50 mm, minimum, 10,000 Dtex, 9800 stitches per square meter;
- formation of game lines executed in inlay with material of the same type of white color, joined to the mantle by gluing on a geotextile band with special polyurethane glues;
- spreading of a stabilizing infill in silica sand at a rate of 13 kg / sqm;
- laying of performance infill in black RPU rubber granules at a rate of 10 kg / sqm.
