Construction work on a residential building in Settimo Torinese, ex Ferrero area lot 3A
Client: S.V.I.M. SPA
Works carried out:
- Installation of insulating materials (supplied by SVIM) to be placed under the external facing;
- Exterior facing made of hand bricks (only these supplied by SVIM) laid across the entire range, including supply of premixed pink color mortar (such as Vimark or Fassa) for the pink brick, gray for the dark red brick;
- Construction of partition walls for internal units and staircases, in hollow bricks (only these supplied by SVIM), including the supply of premixed mortar and the execution of architraves, vaults and bundles;
- Execution of lintels, vaults, edges and laying of strips / half bricks in correspondence with floors or other structures
- Arch execution (radius m.2,5) in round or low arched, cm. 25 thick and h. 25 cm high, worked outside / inside, including the supply of mortar, possible rib or formwork or provisional supports, scaffolding and anything else necessary;
- Contour execution on raised windows compared to the façade (about cm. 104x141h), in bricks, including mortar, scaffolding, etc .;
- Execution of internal rendering of walls, including the supply of mortar;
- Execution of internal plasters on masonry both of the indoor units and of the stairs, carried out by mechanized application of premixed plasters with Fassa KC1 or similar preparation layer and Fassa IF 1 finishing layer.
